Hi, I’m Caroline
I am an integrative counsellor and psychological therapist working from a psychological theoretical perspective with a range of Humanistic, Psychodynamic and Behavioural approaches.
I am a registered member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and a GMBPsS accredited member of the British Psychological Society. I have a diploma in Integrative Counselling and an Advanced Cartificate in Trauma. I have also completed a Post graduate certificate in Counselling Psychology and an MSc in Psychology.
Working with West Central London Mind (CNWL NHS Trust) and in Private Practice, I work with a wide range of presenting issues, clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, with neurodivergence and differences. I am trauma and attachment-informed and provide a safe and non judgemental space to explore the impact of past experiences, maladaptive behaviours and adaptations which may no longer be serving you in the here and now.
I am passionate about the integration of holistic therapeutic approaches and practice based on the understanding of how the mind, body and spirit dimensions impact on each other. On this basis I look to review your lifestyle patterns and collaborate with you on any necessary adjustments which may help to alleviate your symptoms and reenergise you to live a ‘whole’ life.

Complementary Medicine – Aroma Psychology

I also work with complementary medicine approaches and I am registered member of the International Federation of Professional aromatherapists (IFPA) following my completion of a Diploma in Clinical Aromatherapy.
I offer Clinical Aromatherapy consultations to determine how the therapeutic benefits of essential oils may support your healing journey. This can be incorporated in the sessions or arranged as a separate session. You may use the contact form to make enquiries.
