One thing we can be sure about is that “life happens” and sometimes it can feel like being on a never-ending roller-coaster ride. We face challenges every day that can cause us to experience extreme emotions which is part of what makes us human, however, we do not have to go through it alone.

Talking Therapy provides a safe space to process current challenges, and past events, which may be impacting you currently. It can help us to develop the ‘resilience’ to not just cope with our distress but to be able to thrive through life’s adversities and inevitable transitions to live a full and vital life.
Psychological therapy can help us to to accept the past, embrace the present and rewrite the future.
Sessions are online via zoom, telephone and face to face at locations in Clapham, Kensington and Wimbledon.: I work flexibly in the following ways;
- Single Sessions of 90 minutes. Providing space to unburden and process a feeling or issue.
- Fixed session/S/T counselling (Typically 6 -12 sessions) where we can focus on a particular issue, a transition, a relationship.
- Open ended/L/T psychological therapy where we can take the time to explore a little deeper, particularly around past experiences and how these may be impacting you in the present.
- How we collaborate to meet your needs can be discussed more during our initial session.
